Please, refer to the University official bulletin INFO/PR/LASU/307 dated 20th July, 2007 on the above matter, where the approved procedure for the Re-Assessment of Examination Scripts by Senate was outlined.
The University Management hereby states the financial implications as follows:
1. A copy of application by the complainant duly endorsed by the Head of Department should be forwarded to the Bursar with payment of the prescribed fee of N200.00.
2. Where a complainant is dissatisfied with the advice of the Head of Department to drop the request, such letter must also be endorsed by the Head of Department to the Bursar for payment of the prescribed fee of N500.00.
3. On each of the above steps, the Bursar will direct the Revenue Unit to give teller for payment at Zenith Bank PLC. LASU Branch, LASU Revenue Account No. 6014013807.
4. A copy of the teller duly stamped by the Bank will be returned to the Revenue Unit for issuance of receipt.
5. Original receipt will be given to the student as evidence of payment while the duplicate will be attached to the application and retained by the Revenue Unit of Bursary.
