Sequel to the publication of the 1st and 2nd (last) supplementary lists for the 2007/2008 admission exercise, the University Management approved that the Independent Indigenization Verification Committee should conduct another screening exercise for candidates of Lagos origin between Wednesday 5th and Friday 7th September, 2007.
Candidates who were offered admission for the 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 Academic Sessions and have not been interviewed could present themselves for the screening.
Procedure for verification is as follows:
1). Visit LASU website: www.lasunigeria.org to download the Indigeneship verification data form;
2). Pay the sum of N1, 000. 00 to LASU account number 0651030002500 at Union Bank Okoko.
3). Complete the downloaded data form and come with all relevant documents (both original and photocopies) as stated in the form for your interview.
4). Venue: International Business Class, MBA, Ojo Campus.
5). Time: From 10.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m daily.
6). Date Wednesday 5th and Friday 7th September, 2007.
Candidates should be reminded that except they are cleared by the Independent Indigenisation Verification Committee, they will not be given bursary numbers.
The issuance of bursary number to any student of the University is a pre-requisite for registration and thus candidates without this number cannot have access to registration.
