(A) REGISTRY DEPARTMENT
(i) DEPUTY REGISTRAR (HATISS 14)
Candidates should possess a good honours degree, NOT below Second Class Lower Division, from a recognized University, AND relevant post-qualification working experience, in University Administration OR comparable Institutions, for a period of NOT less than fourteen (14) Years. The possession of a relevant higher degree, OR postgraduate Professional qualifications in relevant field, will be an advantage.
(ii) PRINCIPAL ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (HATISS 13)
Candidates should possess a good honours degree, NOT below Second Class Lower Division from a recognized University, AND relevant post qualification working experience, in University administration OR comparable Institutions, for a period of NOT less than twelve (12) Years. The possession of a relevant higher degree, OR post graduate professional qualifications in relevant field, will be an advantage.
(B) SECRETARIAL CADRE
(i) CHIEF PERSONAL SECRETARY (HATISS 13)
Candidates should possess Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies, NOT below lower credit, from a recognized Institution, with 15 Years experience, OR WASC/GCE/SSCE with credits in five subjects, including English Language, Plus 120/50 wpm in Short-hand AND Typewriting, with at least 18 Years relevant experience. He/She must also be computer literate.
(ii) ASSISTANT CHIEF PERSONAL SECRETARY (HATISS 12)
Candidates should possess Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies, from a recognized Institution, with qualifications NOT below Lower Credit level, with 13 Years experience, OR WASC/GCE/ SSCE with credits in five subjects, including English Language, plus 120/50 wpm in Shorthand AND Typewriting, with at least 15 Years relevant experience. He/She must also be computer literate.
(C) BURSARY DEPARTMENT
(i) CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (HATISS 13)
Candidates should possess, a good honours University Degree in Accounting, (NOT below Second Class Lower Division OR Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting NOT below Lower Credit, PLUS Twelve (12) Years post-graduation/Cognate experiences in a University OR comparable Institution, OR full membership of ACA, ACMA, OR CPA PLUS a minimum of six (6) Years Post Professional/Cognate experience, in a University OR comparable institution.
(ii) CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNTS) HATISS 13
Candidates should possess, University pass Degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting, plus 15 Years post-qualification experience. Candidates must be computer literate.
(iii) ASSISTANT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNTS) HATISS 12
Candidates should possess, University pass Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, plus 13 Years post-qualification experience. Candidates must be computer literate.
(D) HEALTH CENTRE
(i) PRINCIPAL MEDICAL OFFICER (HATISS 13)
Registered medical practitioner with at least 10 Years post qualification experience. Postgraduate qualification recognized by Medical AND Dental Council of Nigeria, preferably in Public Health, will be an added advantage.
(ii) CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (HATISS 13)
Candidates must possess N.R.N AND N.R.M OR S.R.N, plus Diploma in Nursing Administration OR Hospital Management with 13 Years post qualification experience.
(*Promotion avenue for Assistant Chief Nursing Officer with at least 3 Years maturation Period).
(iii) ASSISTANT CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (HATISS 12)
Candidate must possess N.R.N AND N.R.M OR S.R.N, plus Diploma in Nursing Administration OR Hospital Management with 13 Years post qualification experience.
*Promotion avenue for Principal Nursing Sister with at least 3 Years maturation period.
(iv) CHIEF MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST (HATISS 13)
Candidates must possess WAHEB Diploma, from a recognized School of Health Technology with at least 15 Years post qualification experience.
(v) ASSISTANT CHIEF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (HATISS 12)
Candidates must possess WAHEB Diploma from a recognized School of Health Technology, with at least 15 Years post qualification experience.
(E) LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST CADRE
(i) CHIEF TECHNOLOGIST (HATISS 13): (Departments of Chemistry,
Fisheries, Zoology, Biology, Mechanical Engineering).
Candidates should possess, good honours Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Laboratory Technology.
Full Technological Diploma of the City AND Guilds, OR A.I.S.T., A.I.M.L.T. with 15 Years post qualification experience.
(ii) ASSISTANT CHIEF TECHNOLOGIST (HATISS 12): (Department of
Chemical & Polymer Engineering).
Candidates should possess, good honours Degree/Higher National Diploma HND) in Laboratory Technology.
OR
Full Technological Diploma of the City AND Guilds OR A.I.S.T; A.I.M.T. with 12 Years post qualification experience.
(F) WORKS AND PHYSICAL PLANNING DEPARTMENT
(i) CHIEF ENGINEER WORKS & SERVICES (HATISS 13)
Candidates must possess, B.Sc. Engineering with 13 Years post-qualification experience.
Candidates must be registered with appropriate professional body
OR
HND with 15 Years post qualification experience. Candidates must be registered with appropriate professional body.
(ii) ASSISTANT CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER (HATISS 12)
Candidates must possess a good honours degree OR Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized Institution, with at least 13 Years post qualification experience,

Full Technological Diploma of City AND Guilds, with 15 Years post qualification experience.
(iii) CHIEF PLANNING OFFICER (HATISS 13)
Candidates must possess, Masters Degree in relevant discipline, from a recognized University, with at least 13 Years post qualification experience.
(iv) ASSISTANT CHIEF PLANNING OFFICER (HATISS 12)
Candidates should possess Masters Degree, in relevant discipline, from a recognized University, with at least 11 Years post qualification experience.
