The University Management has constituted an Ad-hoc Committee on Fuel Supply to the University, comprising:

1.       Bursar                                                              -    Chairman
2.       Ag. Dean of Students                           -           Member
3.       Chairman, ICT Committee                                  -    Member
4.       Professor Oyedamola Oke                                  -    Member
5.       Director, Works and Physical Planning               -    Member
6.       Ag. Director, Internal Audit                                 -    Member
7.       Personal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor            -   Secretary

The terms of reference of the Ad-hoc Committee include:

(a)     to determine and regulate the quantity of fuel required by the University on either weekly or monthly basis;

(b)     to standardize the requisition procedure for fuel supply;

(c)     to ensure that all the requisitioned fuel is supplied, delivered and receipted;

(d)     to ensure that the fuel price is competitive;

(e)     to regularly monitor the consumption of the fuel; and

(f)      to submit a monthly report on the exercise to the Vice Chancellor.
