The Postgraduate School of Lagos State University hereby announces the re-opening of the sales of its admission forms for the 2006/2007 academic session, earlier advertised vide The Punch, Friday, March 2nd, 2007.
Consequently, application forms are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University’s various Postgraduate Programmes, leading to the award of Postgraduate Diploma, Masters, Masters of Philosophy and Ph.D. Degrees in the Lagos State University (LASU), EXCEPT Community Health and Primary Health Care (Public Health).
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms can be obtained from LASU branch of Zenith Bank Plc. Ojo, with the sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000.00) only.
CLOSING DATE
i. Sales of application forms will be closed two (2) weeks from the date of this publication (13th July, 2007).
ii. Completed application forms must however reach the undermentioned not later than Thursday, 19th July, 2007:

EXAMINATION DATE
Entrance examination will hold on Saturday, 28th July, 2007 at the Ojo Campus of the University.
CONDITIONALITIES
- All completed application forms must be submitted at the point of purchase (i.e. Zenith Bank Plc. LASU branch, Ojo Campus) NOT later than one week after the close of sales of forms.
- Candidates who have not completed the National Youth Service Corps need not apply.
- Candidates should collect properly sealed referee’s reports from their named referees and return them with their application forms.
- All academic transcripts must be received on or before two weeks after the close of sales of forms.
- Request for transfer of processed application forms from one Department programme to another will not be entertained.
- Application forms not accompanied with all required documents will not be accepted.
- All candidates who had earlier obtained the form but missed the test conducted on Saturday 19th May, 2007 are advised to come for the entrance examination scheduled, to hold on Saturday, 28th July, 2007 at the Ojo Campus of the University.
